In service with abundant gratitude, crazy wise I stop trying to ride and am learning to flow, where's it all headed, I think I might know, at least for a moment, and then I am wrong. Been right enough, gained confidence enough, yielding just enough to what's happening, sometimes, moving full speed I slow to a sit on a cushion so I can leap without lookin.

What do I do to pay the bills… Helped found the Monarch Integrative Health Center in San Francisco where I work as a shamanic practitioner, exploring the future edge of integrative health care.  Check out Integral Gardener.com, to find out more about my work as an Agente de Cambio. It's kind of like gardening… you know, manure, I am full of sh@# and I hang out with people helping to facilitate a little growth… call it what you will, just don't be afraid to get your hands dirty.

Also working on a project that is rather Quixxxotic.  Exploring various ways to build a thriving local community around embodied spiritual inquiry and integration.
